This on-demand course is a great review of sterile-to-sterile compounding.
It covers beyond-use dates based on the currently enforceable USP 797 (2008 version) as well as the new paradigms presented by the 2019 version. Also discussed is the current, proposed, and CriticalPoint guidance for use of compounded CSPs as ingredients (stock bags). There is also a review of sterility testing and bacterial endotoxin requirements and best practices. The course ends with a talk on desired quality systems in sterile compounding, which are not currently required but are strongly recommended by CriticalPoint.
